The donor – a development agency based in Europe – commissions us to recruit a development worker for an employer in the host country

Together with the client and service partner where the development worker will be working, we clarify the roles and responsibilities of the employee

If you are seeking co-financing, we provide advice and submit applications to the Catholic Central Agency for Development Aid

We oversee all stages of the process, from recruitment and applications to the final selection

We draw up the contract, including all social benefits such as health, nursing care, pension and liability insurance

In a preparatory phase lasting approximately 3 months, we prepare development workers for their assignment abroad

The recruited development worker is deployed by the client to the employer

Once development workers return to their home country, we evaluate their work and provide reintegration assistance
