We recruit qualified personnel for church and civil society organisations worldwide and for the Civil Peace Service – personnel that above all can make a contribution to efforts to bring about socio-ecological change. We advise development organisations on all questions regarding personnel cooperation and organisations that offer voluntary services. We also prepare development workers for their assignments abroad.
